Hi! We're Wade & Karen, and we're so happy to welcome you to our little piece of paradise in beautiful Venice, Florida!

I'm originally from Sarasota and was born & raised in Venice, so this area has always held a very special place in my heart. Karen is originally from Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, and made her way to Southwest Florida after spending time in Arizona. Together, we absolutely love the Florida lifestyle and everything this wonderful community has to offer.

This particular villa is especially meaningful to us because it originally belonged to my mother and has been passed down through our family. It's more than just a vacation property. It's a home filled with wonderful memories, family history & a genuine connection to a neighborhood we've loved for years.

We take tremendous pride in caring for our home and making sure our guests enjoy a beautiful, comfortable & welcoming experience. In fact, we love this community so much that when the villa next door became available, we purchased it as well!

One of the most rewarding parts of hosting has been meeting so many wonderful people. Several of our past guests have fallen so in love with the neighborhood that they've eventually purchased homes here and become our neighbors!

Pelican Pointe holds a very special place in our hearts! My mother originally lived in this beautiful community, and after inheriting her villa, Karen & I fell even more in love with the neighborhood. In fact, we loved it so much that when the villa next door became available, we decided to purchase that one as well!

This is a cherished family-owned property that originally belonged to my mother, and we take tremendous pride in maintaining it and sharing it with our guests. We've recently made some wonderful improvements, including brand-new luxury flooring installed throughout the villa, giving the entire home a fresh, elegant & beautifully updated feel!

One of our favorite features is the lush, private backyard overlooking a beautiful, expansive pond filled with native Florida birds & wildlife. It's the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the birds, relax with a good book or simply take in the peaceful surroundings. The private courtyard adds another charming outdoor space to unwind and enjoy Florida's beautiful weather.
