Very Nice in Puerto Madero-Buenos Aires-Faena Residences

The Faena residences are one of the best in Buenos Aires. The apartment is big, very comfortable, the details are must, I did not miss my apartment in Miami. Art was so nice and attentive all the time. Highly recommended

Faena Puerto Madero Apartment.

We spent about two months, January and February 2019, at this location. The location is safe, modern, with many restaurants at walking distance and near downtown. The apartment is inside the Faena, a superb five stars hotel. We were able to use the hotel swimming pool and spa. The restaurants at the hotel are excellent regarding food, service and ambiance. We were able to order room service as well. The apartment is comfortable for a short stay and well equipped. We were abke to use a reasonable priced dry cleaner and laundry servicevery close to the apartment. We didn't need to rent a car. Taxis and limousines are inexpensive and easily available. The concierges were very efficient in getting us restaurant reservations and theater tickets as well as inexpensive transportation. I found the restaurant prices at par with Miami. Clothing is far more expensive than in the US. The host, Gunther, was attentive and reacted quickly to our requests. In summary we had a very good and reasonable priced vacation.

The property was not clean upon arrival. The property manager was contacted at which time he advised that he can send someone in about 2 days or we can contract a cleaning person from the hotel at our own cost. I believe that a 5-star hotel should not have a unit that is not clean and ready to be given to a guest. I also believe that he should have contacted someone from the hotel that same day and had someone clean our unit at his cost.
