The home's perfect location makes it easy to explore North Falmouth: walk across the street to trails by Wing Pond, or walk/bike to Old Silver Beach, Eulinda's Ice Cream, and Chappaquoit Beach. Additional convenience stores and restaurants are just up the road. On days that you aren't interested in leaving the property, simply enjoy the sunshine from the large, private yard, complete with a plethora of yard games, a gas grill, and a firepit!

Inside, the light-filled interior is composed of warm wood flooring, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances. Surrounded by tastefully decorated bookshelves, the living room offers a pleasant space to sit with its ample seating and smart TV, equipped with YouTube TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen is any chef's dream with its stainless steel appliances and plentiful meal prep space.

Equally comfortable, the bedrooms display bohemian decorations, soft linens, and air-conditioning units. The interior perks extend to the downstairs Ping-Pong table, a collection of board games, a private washer/dryer, and multiple ductless mini-split units.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
