Davis was super helpful and very accommodating for our first trip to memphis. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we could ever need for our stay. One recommendation would be to put a sign or some sort of reflective marker to indicate to step down once inside the door. We loved the stay and it was perfect for our family, and our little one! Thank you so much!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Memphis property. There is plenty of space to stretch out with the 2 master suites. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the house, I didn't hear neighbors at all. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with essentials as well as extras! Davis was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. The location is very convenient with grocery, drug stores, and dining options within a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place and comfy bed! The neighborhood was a bit scary for us. It was fine but we saw a car getting repossessed right across the road. We had our motorcycle so we were hoping for a more secured area. The sliding glass door was a bit to use and the back yard wasn’t the greatest. Overall though it was a nice place!

Well curated space perfect for a pet. There were some things we could be nitpicky about but overall it was a very nice space. We especially liked the amount of household items like coffee and trash bags around that made the space easily workable.

After booking was complete and I arrived the neighborhood was ghetto looking…cars EVERYWHERE..ppl outside, surrounding property’s not kept up, it’s rained while I was there and the streets flooded really bad..

Beautiful home for our 4 night vaca in the heart of Soul, Blues and Rock and Roll. Every space was well equipped with essentials and more! We especially liked that there were options for kitchen and bathroom soaps and laundry detergents as we have one with very sensitive skin. We also loved the private back yard and the gorgeous flowers. Coffee on the patio each morning eagerly anticipating a new flower bloom was a personal highlight of the stay. The neighborhood was quiet. CVS, Whole Foods, SuperLow Foods and a gas station are just around the corner which was super convenient. And the beds!! So comfortable! The linins were fresh and cloud like. It was a dream visit. We will absolutely book this stay again.
