Visit this unique 1924 home during its centennial anniversary on Lake Harris with the feel of country living but within the City of Leesburg. Down the street from Venetian Gardens Park which has walking path, boat ramp, volleyball courts, marina and host to bass fishing tournaments and numerous other events. Downtown Leesburg is 1 mile away where Leesburg Bike Festival takes place as well as various holiday events. House can sleep 14 and provides two separate living areas if privacy is needed. Enjoy the newly renovated pool deck and hot tub as well as the recently updated modern kitchen with all of the amenities.

My name is Laura Hoffman. My husband Jim and I have lived in Leesburg for the past 25 years. We began renting our home 2 years ago and have loved sharing the experience of our unique home with many amazing families and groups. We have spent this time traveling and spending time with our 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
Why they chose this property
Venetian Gardens is a spectacular neighborhood with a lot to offer. The neighborhood offers many amenities such as a beautiful walking path surround the canals and marina, a boat ramp, beach volleyball courts, a newly renovated play area, and a splash pad.
What makes this property unique
Our home was built in 1924 and has a beautiful historic feeling while also offering many updates and renovations. It is the best of both worlds. The home is directly on Lake Harris with spectacular views and outdoor experiences.
