Riverview Oasis- Riverfront Paradise with Dock, Elevator, Private Pool & Kayaks

This new construction modern 3-story riverfront townhome offers every amenity imaginable, including a full home security & audio, private pool and elevator. The home sits directly on the Indian River ICW, conveniently located to beachside and downtown Melbourne. Private gated driveway + garage. 1st fl suite & wet bar w/ separate high bar seating. Large outdoor deck leads to a 366 ft. dock for fishing, boating, entertaining or relaxing.

Catch a perfect view of a KSC rocket launch, a front row seat to a fireworks display, or a private dolphin show from the dock, upper tier deck or one of the balconies! 2 complimentary kayaks are available for use during your stay which can be launched from the shoreline.

Dock is shared with the adjacent townhome. Home owner will have access to the dock during your stay.

There is a propane grill for your use on the upper tier of the deck.

Optional pool heat @ $50/ day if requested (please let us know in advance and we will adjust pricing. The heat will be turned on prior to your arrival pending payment)

Pool cleaning is scheduled weekly on Tuesdays. Please be aware that the cleaner will have access to the exterior pool area of the property.

Definitely the cleanest most polished VRBO I've ever stayed in. We literally thought we may have been the first guests to ever stay in the property. The kitchen and entire property was well appointed with everything we needed.

A group of 8 of us enjoyed this house for a week. Everything was superb! The quality of the interior finish is the best I have ever seen in a short term rental. The appliances are all high end and the kitchen was well outfitted. Heidi was wonderful to work with as well. If you like water views, watching dolphins, and/or fishing this is a great place.

Amazing Getaway. Pictures Don’t Do It Justice

Our neighbors and our kids decided to vacation in Melbourne. We found this listing last minute within close proximity to the beach. It was beautiful from top to bottom and Heidi went above and beyond to assist us all the way through our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!

New Years ‘25

We chose this property for a relaxing holiday with friends and got that and more!Each day we enjoyed watching the dolphins and pelicans feast in the waters around the pier. The house is clean and modern with a kitchen stocked for at home gourmet meals. If you’d prefer dining out, it is conveniently located to downtown for walkability. We found a couple of great restaurants: Crush XI and Ember & Oak as well as several great coffee places!

Travel Ball Summer Vacation

Riverside Oasis was the perfect summer vacation home for our Family of 8. It was a short drive to my son’s baseball tournament at the USSSA Space complex and provided entertainment and relaxation for all after the ball games everyday. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the pier and kayaking. Its location was convenient to a restaurants, coffee, a convenience store and beach access. The home was exactly as described and in the pictures. Very clean and modern. Our host was easy to reach, communicated well and accommodated our needs. We have a wonderful experience and would recommend it to families and all looking for a relaxing place on the riverfront.
