New home (2021) with spectacular views and high ceilings on second floor. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Home has a master and guest bedroom on second floor with great views. Other two bedrooms are on first floor. Large second floor deck offers panoramic Atlantic views. Location is only sixty miles from Orlando attractions, so day trips are easy. There is a public dune walk on north end of lot. Owner has a gate in back yard to get there.

Extraordinary Vacation Week

With several small children in tow being able to walk to the beach for an hour stay was terrific and the heated pool in March was irreplaceable. The sunrises over the ocean were extraordinary. Highly recommended location!

Beautiful house with so much room for a large family. Clean and modern with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the pool and deck views of the ocean. Beach is so close and very private. Loved our stay at Sea Oats and would return again.
