Classy Condo

Really nice 3BR/4BA condo at northern edge of Playa del Carmen. Well appointed, very clean, well maintained. Local helper - Fernando had our groceries in the fridge when we arrived! Pool is great (not very busy) and the ocean is right there. Not really walkable to in-town restaurants and I was glad we rented a car (taxis available). Great quiet spot at the edge of town! Owners are very responsive and organized! Thanks for a great vacation.

Gorgeous condo in Play del Carmen

This condo is as beautiful as the photos indicate! The living area is spacious, and each bedroom has its own bathroom; they are also well separated from each other. The balcony overlooks the pool and ocean, and we all spent many relaxing hours out on the deck. Check-in was smooth, and Leslie gave us some great tips for things to do. The town of Playa del Carmen is about 10 minutes away by car, but the front desk will call a taxi for you whenever needed. We preferred staying at this condo since it was away from the noise and traffic of the town, but town was still easily accessible. The grounds are also beautiful, and the pool is well-maintained. We hope to return someday!

Gorgeous ocean view condo

This classy condo was perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway. Each room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Everything is top of the line. The patio, with magnificent views is where you'll want to spend much of your time! With the patio doors open, the gentle ocean breeze carries you away to a place of total tranquility! The pools are fabulous and you're just a stone's throw away from the beach. The ocean views are incredible. The property is immaculate and just a short drive from the quaint cobblestone restaurant and shopping area. So much to see and do! Definitely the perfect getaway! Think relaxation, de stress and romance! Let Playa del Carmen carry you away from it all!

Beautiful, quiet, best condo complex in Playa,

This condo is great! It is very accurately described. Owners are very helpful if you have an issues (which you probably won't) and their contact in playa is great! Having the house keeper a couple times is great, making it a little easier for your stay (especially with kids). The snack/pool bar is permanently closed so the staff tell us, this was disappointing but not the end of the world, just would be nice to have drinks and snacks at the pool. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family and will definitely stay here again. This spot in Playa is really the best. Beach is quiet and there is always chairs and umbrellas, ocean is great for kids and swimming for all, pool always feels like you have it to yourself, plenty of chairs and cabanas and is super clean. Thank you for an incredible vacation!

It's hard to put into words how incredible this condo was! It has everything you will ever need and then some! We enjoyed cooking meals and eating out on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. It is so quiet and peaceful at night and the beds are so comfortable!. We had an incredible stay and fell in love with Playa Del Carmen! Thank you!

Paradise on Earth

To begin with, Leslie, the owner, made the reservation process very simple and stress less. After landing in Cancun, it was a short ride from the airport to Playa Del Carmen. Upon arrival, we were met by Marco, Leslie's management assistant, at the entrance to the condo complex. Marco gave us a complete tour and helped us settle in. The home was simply beautiful and the beach view was stunning. The unit was decorated tastefully and impeccably clean. The bedrooms were very large and included very comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms were exquisite as well as the dressing areas. The kitchen was fantastic and fully functional. The home has great wi-fi and a surprise to us was the Sonos system, which allowed up to listen to all of our favorite musical artists, inside and out on the balcony. The balcony is huge and very comfortable with a clear view of the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach which was breathtaking. It was a perfect stretch of beach and the beach service was second to none. We highly recommend Leslie's home and hope to visit again next year.

We cannot say enough about this property! We had the most amazing week staying here. Every comfort was thought of and Fernando is there to help with anything you might still need. Leslie was a pleasure to work with too. The property is gorgeous, the beach perfect, and the pool incredible. We will definitely be back. The only thing I would note if you have three couples staying here is that the murphy bed is a bit small and not as comfy as the other beds. That did not take away from our wonderful stay in this condo. Cannot wait to return!

Gorgeous Home Away from Home

Incredible condo! We just returned from a week long stay and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The property has everything you need to feel right at home - laundry, full kitchen, air conditioning, wireless internet, gym, pool, BBQ on the balcony, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Leslie & Larry are amazing hosts. They recommended delicious local restaurants and fun activities, and made sure that we were set up with everything that we needed during our stay. We'll definitely be returning to paradise soon!

Luxurious and gorgeous condo

The condo is without a doubt a beautiful unit. We were a group of girls that celebrated our birthdays together and treated ourselves to a luxurious condo. Leslie even helped us set up a private chef for a few celebratory evening dinners in the condo. Everything imaginable that any group would want to have to make their vacation stay perfect. Leslie and Larry are wonderful hosts and have thought of everything when outfitting their condo for guests. We felt as if we were at 5-star resort all to ourselves. The grounds and beach are stunning. Hopefully our travels will bring us to Playa again and if so, we will definitely be return guests. Thank you!

Contemporary Luxury Just Steps from the Ocean

This condo, in Playa, in February, was fabulous. Leslie and Larry seem to have thought of all the needs a guest might have (Leslie even helped us find a personal yoga instructor). The bedrooms are large and comfortable. There is a Sonos music system. You can dine and lounge on the balcony-lots of comfortable furniture. The view is gorgeous. I spent lots and lots of time on the beach. The Mareazul complex has a great clubhouse with the most delicious tuna tostadas and pina coladas. I would highly recommend this condominium for people looking for a luxurious experience in Playa.

Great Location, Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Views

My wife and I stayed at Leslie and Larry's Condo with our two daughters and their spouses for a week, and we all had a great time. The Condo was attractively decorated, very clean and well maintained, and the view of the grounds, pool, and ocean from the deck were superb. Mareazul, the beach, the pools and beach club were all above our expectations, and the staff was friendly and polite. A great location for families or couples, with downtown Playa only 10 minutes away. Amazing

I rented this condo from Leslie for two weeks in November for the celebration of my 50th birthday party. We were greeted by her assistant when we arrived. The condo was more beautiful than in the pictures. I felt like a spoiled princess. From the deck and bedrooms, we had a view of the ocean and private beach. The accommodations were both luxurious and yet I felt I was home away from home. The pools were a huge hit for our ten year old son. The private beach had assistance to help with the umbrellas and lounges. The beach was shallow and safe. I would recommend this condo for anyone who loves living the high life sprinkled with a homey feeling. Thank you Leslie!!!

Luxurious, spacious and well furnished

This is a great property, well appointed, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Mareazul is a spacious, exclusive resort with a beach club and a casual pool bar. It's a great place to relax in uncrowded comfort. Leslie and Larry are great hosts and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. Their site representative, Fernando was very helpful with check-in and check-out. We definitely hope to stay there again and recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for more luxurious accommodation.

Felt like home away from home!

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at Mareazul and would absolutely stay at this condo again without any hesitation. It was perfectly outfitted and beautifully decorated! We cooked nearly all of our meals at the condo and didn't feel like we were missing any tools or utensils that we needed to do so. There was even a blender that we used to make mixed drinks! The upgraded internet was a total plus. The information book in the condo was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for opening up your vacation home to us! We hope to return and would recommend it to friends and family.

Fabulous Relaxing Retreat

This apartment felt like it came out of a movie – so beautifully decorated and luxurious. Beds were so comfortable, and we loved sleeping to the sound of the ocean. Unit has all amenities you could possibly need. Very clean, had internet and cable. We loved waking up and looking at the beach, great views from the terrace and could easily stumble out of bed to the pool and beach. Location couldn’t have been better – very close to restaurants, shopping, music and events of downtown Playa Del Carmen.D. 10,000 sq. ft. infinity pool. We’ll definitely be renting this unit and recommending it to all of our friends!

Perfect Girl's Getaway

The ideal location for a girls getaway! Every bedroom has a balcony with a view of the ocean. Start each day with leisurely breakfast on the balcony. Downtown Playa del Carmen is located nearby for shopping and lots of choice restaurants. Great location to get away from crowds and have a relaxing time. I am making plans for a return visit!
