Many attractions within walking distance such as water parks, Studio Grille movie theater, grocery stores, pharmacies, gift shops and plenty restaurants. The condominium includes two primary bedroom suites with en-suite fully remodeled bathrooms. Entire condo is beautifully remodeled to make you feel at home.

Fully furnished luxury condo. Natural vinyl floors, nude tones throughout. Kitchen fully remodeled with quartz countertops, Samsung stainless appliances, hooded vent over electric stove, bottom freezer refrigerator, open upper shelves with plenty kitchen amenities; microwave, blender and more. Two en-suite bedrooms with remodeled bathrooms, double sinks, walk-in shower with barn glass doors, beautiful marble like ceramic tiles. First primary bedroom has King bed and second bedroom has queen bed. Each bedroom has smart televisions and sleeps a total of 4 people comfortably. En-site laundry, steamer and iron with ironing board. Cozy living room with comfy sofa and chairs. Dining room table seats 4 people, 75’ wall mounted smart television. Dining room leads to outdoor balcony/patio with table and stools. Property entrance is gated with a community pool, patio, outdoor picnic area with grill and gym. A wonderful family retreat!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the dumpster behind the white fence near the clubhouse past the gate.
Make sure to remove the parking pass from your vehicle and return to the kitchen countertop. There is a $100 fee for not returning the parking pass.
Return key to lockbox. There is a fee (depending on contractor labor) to replace the key and lockout charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have a free parking pass located underneath the kitchen sink. It is a blue parking pass that you will need to place inside your windshield.
Please tidy behind all guests. Tie trash bags and take to dumpster. Dumpster is near the clubhouse past the gate entrance behind the white fence.
Swimming hours are dawn to dusk, sun up to sun down. Please do not have any drinks or food at the pool area, please keep on the patio only.

Great place

We did a quick overnight. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Location was great and close to everything. The host Elle was wonderful and quick to respond with questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Very modern look in a nice area. Loved the gated community. Wish we were staying here the entire week. 5+ stars in my book.

Great Place in a Great Location!

Great property, exactly as described. Location is out of the way but close to all attractions in the area. Condo had everything we needed, and made for a relaxing retreat after a busy day at the parks. Host was very responsive. We encountered no issues at all during our stay.
