This beautiful, smoke-free, and pet-free home is located only a 3-minute golf cart drive from the beach; this upgraded, two-story home is a vacationer's dream! Sunlit and serene, this family-friendly retreat sits within eight miles of popular local attractions including Middleton Park, Oak Island Pier, the Oak Island Golf Club, and the Oak Island Lighthouse.

Spend a day sunbathing on a sandy beach or take in a concert at Middleton Park. Afterward, come home to enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub or gather around the fire pit.

THE SPACE
This home features a well-equipped full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a commercial ice machine, a new 6-person hot tub, a fire pit, an expansive island with counter seating, a dining table for 6, and a furnished lower-level patio perfect for al fresco experiences.

When you're not out and about enjoying the local sites, relax in the living area to take in a movie on the 65-in smart tv, enjoy a riveting game night with ample board games to choose from, or unwind with your favorite music on the soundbar.

When it's time to call it a night, choose from multiple bedrooms including a main room with private balcony access, a suite bathroom with dual vanity, and a walk-in closet as well as a lower-level bunk room that opens right out to the patio which features a patio set with seating for 6, with a hammock and fan as well for them hot summer nights. The lower-level room features a 55-in game-console ready smart TV perfect for kids' movie nights.

For convenience and comfort, this home offers two full baths, two half baths, an outdoor shower, screened-in porch with TV and seating.

HOUSE ITEMS:
You will be provided a starter supply of dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, coffee, and tea. Linens and towels are also provided. We also have more than 5 board games, an oversize Connect 4, and a cornhole set.

BEACH ITEMS:
The outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower is located under the home in the backyard. The beach items, including 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, are all located on the lower level in the rack behind the stairs. This house features a commercial ice machine (lower-level storage closet) ideal for avid anglers and beachgoers looking to fill their coolers.

OUTDOOR ITEMS:
The hot tub seats 6 people, and it's serviced and treated weekly. there is a skimmer net if needed. There is also a fire-wood starter kit for the outdoor fire pit, and a propane thank for the grill on the deck.

GOLF CART:
Enjoy this entire home and the golf cart during your stay. A six-person golf cart is available for our guests during peak season rentals (May through Sept)
A waiver and proof of insurance are required to use the golf cart, and you must provide a copy of your driver's license. Only adults 21 years of age are allowed to drive the cart. The golf cart must be charged based on usage.
