Brockton stay

The accommodations were great, very clean and in a nice area. Comfortable stay, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a thumbs up.

The host was gracious and everything was good. Although he lives on the property he wasn’t imposing or intrusive.

Overall great experience. Host was very responsive to our requests. They clearly respond to guests suggestions; they made updates based on previous reviews. We did not experience any micromanagement at all! The place was clean, and the beds were very comfortable (there was no smoke odor, which we greatly appreciate!). It was just what our family needed and we would definitely stay again. The only things to be aware of is there is bed space for 10 adults, not 12 unless you’re using the couch and loveseat. Also, the full bath is upstairs so if anyone has difficulty climbing stairs, that could be a challenge.

Visit Family for weekend

Advertised as sleeps 8, there was only 3 queen beds not enough room for my family od 6 adults and 2 children. We used couch and love seat but there was no extra blanks or pillows. And only a set of 4 for dishes. Adding extra pillows blankets and dishes would make this place perfect! I travel a lot and would rent again. Clean, central location very safe and secure location. I'll would definitely stay again!!

Thank you for the feedback, we very much appreciate your honesty and we’ve already made improvements by adding a 4th bedroom with extra blankets and pillows. We will always strive to provide our guest with an amazing experience and we hope to see you again.

The space itself was as described and clean, but unfortunately, the hosting style wasn't a good fit for us. The host was very involved during our stay and checked in multiple times with reminders about house rules, including no parties, no smoking, and limiting the number of guests-even though we were fully compliant. This level of micromanagement made the experience feel a bit stressful and less private than we expected. If you're looking for a hands-off or more relaxed stay, this may not be the best option.

Steven's place worked very well for our needs. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were enough kitchen supplies to cook our food.Steven was responsive, accommodating, and helpful.
