Newfound is a pristine, spring fed lake reaching down over 180’ and is considered one of the cleanest lakes in the world. Minutes to skiing. Only a 200’ walk to a private shared sandy beach with a dock. Spend the day on the beach then return to lounge on the oversized deck and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. The main floor is wide open kitchen, living and dining area (all with vaulted ceiling) giving you great open space to the large deck to enjoy your lake views. Owners suite with a king bed, full bath and 2nd bedroom (queen bed) on the main living level. Lower level has a decked out family room with pull out couches, a set of bunks, and additional bathroom This home is equipped with internet, air conditioning, washer/dryer, garage, and large lawn area. Sleeps 8 . 7 minute drive to Tenney Mountain. 24 minute drive to Ragged Mountain. 39 minute drive to Loon Mountain & Waterville Valley. 1/2 mile to Newfound Lake Inn
