The name "Tír na nÓlans" is a play on Tír na nÓg which in Irish mythology is the name of the Celtic otherworld known as the "Land of Eternal Youth". It is depicted as a paradise and a supernatural realm of everlasting youth, beauty, health, abundance and joy, which perfectly echoes our sentiments of Newfound.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in was super easy. The house was a great size and the game room was a hit for all ages. The kitchen was the best supplied kitchen of anywhere I have ever stayed. Kevin was the best host, easily accessible and had great suggestions for places to go and things to do. The lake was so nice. It was a wonderful family vacation.
The property was even more than we had hoped for, spacious, amazing lake views, room for family to enjoy every meal together , and then there’s the game room. We always loved Newfound Lake but Kevin Nolan’s property gave us a whole new appreciation for the location on the lake.
This was year 5 for us - a two-week 3-generation vacation. The house was once again perfect for our family. The lake views are amazing, the large great room is perfect for both meals and games, and the game room is a wonderful bonus. Thanks for a great vacation!
Rooms and location were excellent! Oven not working and shorts in electrical system were challenging but manageable. Appreciated good communication with owner.
Thanks, Kevin, for a great week at your property. The set-up was ideal for our multi-generational family. We made full use of the game room, porch, grill, kayaks, beach access, and the short walk to the marina to our boat rental. Looking forward to our return next year!

That’s awesome to hear! We often rent boats from the marina too. It is ‘wicked’ close, close enough you can see the docks from our deck… however if you didn’t want to walk there, note that each boat rental comes with a parking spot at the marina. We look forward to your return.
This place was amazing! So much room, the game room and right across the street from the lake. My family spent many summer vacations at Bungalow Village. My parents brought me as a child, we brought our boys and now the next generation. Staying here brought back a lot of happy memories and we hope to make more here. Thank you Kevin!

Lovely home for a large group, Great Lake views!
This was year 4 for our two-week multi-generation stay at the lake and we had a lovely time. The house was great and the updates welcomed (new queen beds, landscaping, shuffleboard table). Kevin is responsive and flexible when there are questions or problems. Biggest issue this year was that the dishwasher wasn’t working - but there were plenty of us to sharing the dishwashing duties so it wasn’t really a problem. Thanks for opening up your lovely home!

Thank you, once again we enjoyed having you return. Sears appliance repair team is coming Monday to address the dishwasher. While that doesn’t help you this year, it will be back in business for next. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
We ventured back to New Found Lake as this was a place my parents brought me as a child. Once I was older they started taking my kids as well. My parents recently passed and had not been able to get back up to the lake thy loved due to deteriorating health. The family packed up and took a trip up in their memory. We stayed here when it was the old Bungalo w. The work Kevin has done to the place is amazing and we loved seeing all the old pictures kept in memory of the original Bungalow inn. Views are breath taking. House has most of what you needs. Will definitely be back!!!! Game room emwas great for kids and beach is right across the street.
This house is much lore spacious than the photos show. We had 4 adults and 7 children comfortably sleeping each night and when my son-in-law joined us for the latter part of our stay, an airbed easily fit into the bedroom with 2 twin and 1 queen bed, allowing my Grandkids a much desired “slumber party”!
With the additional galley kitchen, we were able to fit the weekly perishables for us all. The large table sat us ALL. And aside from meals, was a focal point for jigsaw puzzles and family board game nights.
The game room is an added bonus that was enjoyed daily by both young and old. The flat screen TV was used just once for family movie night and we were all able to “find a seat” to enjoy. (With the game room, we just preferred to make use of that over the television).
The breeze we had on most of the days, allowed a break from the a/c. One note: the game room half of the house was warmer and required the a/c most of the time. (The game room has a window a/c and the 2 bedrooms off the game room do not allow for much ventilation/cross breeze. I recommend a fan placed near each doorway, to pull a/c into those rooms and to close the sliding doors so that the a/c can better cool off that area.
We look forward to renting again next summer.

This property was simply amazing. Great family get away with a little bit of everyone to do. Went to enjoy family time and it was relaxing but had enough to do to keep busy. Game room was a smash hit. Pool and ping pong became the favorites. Lake was beautiful for a kayaks and took a nice challenging bike ride around the lake.
fantastic vacation retreat for family with adult children
Great amenities for family fun!
Space allowed for relaxing and children under feet!
The fenced in yard is necessary due to busy road.
Views are spectacular.
It was wonderful! Loved the Lake House; spacious with awesome views of New Found Lake.
The beach is clean and the water is amazing.
Already rebooked and looking forward to another great family vacation next year.
We’ve been doing a 3-generation family vacation at Newfound in this property since 2015 and we love it as much now as we did the first year! Great space, wonderful access to the water, kitchen works well, game room gets a lot of use! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful summer property again this year!
My family and I had a great week on Newfound Lake! You can't beat the short walk from the house to the beach. The game room was a nice perk as well. Our 3yr old and 1yr old enjoyed the giant connect 4 game while the adults enjoyed all the others. The shower on the main floor was AMAZING! We didn't realize that there was an upstairs unit with other guests in the house, but they were lovely people. I recommend this house for your next family getaway!
Very attractive and plenty of room.We enjoyed the game room and the large eat in kitchen with space for all the cooks and the appliances that were much better than what is usually found in a rental. We had a great time.
We traveled from Pelham, NH to spend a week here. We brought a pontoon boat and several vehicles. This house makes for a wonderful stay. We would be happy to stay again.
This is the second year that we rented Kevin’s house and we had another great week. It’s perfect for all ages. The adults enjoyed the game room and beautiful views and the kids loved the beach and the room to run inside when the weather didn’t cooperate
We had the most amazing time at Kevin’s beautiful Lake House. One of our favorite vacations on the Lake. It was everything we dreamed and more. Thank you Kevin for opening your home for others to enjoy. Already started the countdown to next year.
Place is great for kids - our kids ages 9-17 had a great time in the game room!
Place was very clean and had many modern amenities & appliances. Great outdoor deck overlooking Lake.
