Canal front pool home recently remodeled. Located at the end of a canal with a boat rental company practically next door! Rent a boat and go explore the nearby islands or enjoy a day of fishing or cruising the canals.
The southern exposure patio is the place to be! Heated pool and hot tub. Enjoy the waterfront view while youre cooking at the outdoor kitchen. Propane grill as well as a refigerator, sink and ice maker at your own bar!
Inside the house, there are three bedrooms, two remodeled bathrooms and a spacious living area. King bed and en suite bathroom in main bedroom and queen beds in the guest rooms. Kitchen has everything you'll need if you prefer meals at home with a large dining area to accomodate everyone.
This home is conveniently located less than five minute drive to the mid point bridge to Ft Myers. Quick access to shopping, dining and grocery stores. Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel island are approximately 30 minute drive.

Garage is not accessible to guests.
No Parties or events! The home is surrounded by plenty of night life to enjoy!
