Welcome to Ola Verde, a unique, cozy and centrally located condo overlooking 180 degree water views of Banks Channel and Greenville Sound on the north side of Harbor Island in Wrightsville Beach. The views simply can't be beat along with the relaxing shady porch and proximity to local shops and restaurants. Park the car for the duration of your stay and immerse yourself as a local with a walk or bike ride to the beach, coffee, bite to eat or concert in the park. Lots of amenities on site as well.

From coastal NC, it is hard not to fall in love with the water and all it has to offer. We love sharing our space for its central island locations, beautiful views and direct access to the beauty of the ocean.
Why they chose this property
Can't beat the water views and easy access to the island. We love being just far enough away from the downtown bars and restaurants but still walkable or bikable to anything.
What makes this property unique
The elevated views are unmatched with amenities on site. Stay and enjoy the water! Rent a kayak, paddleboard or boat and explore!
