Perfect for our little stay at the beach.

We were super close to the ocean so the walk was very short. We had everything we needed for our family of 4. The owner was very responsive over a small technocal problem we were having with the lock. The issue was resolved and everything else went off without a hitch.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t be happier. Condo is well stocked with everything we needed for our getaway. Location was perfect and walking distance for everything we needed, great views of the lake from bedroom deck. The pool was a hit, clean and never crowded. Everyone was very friendly. We had our little dog with us that loves to escape and run off, there was a sliding glass door leading to front porch and then another door that actually opens to stair leading outside, so double protection from someone to accidentally let the dog loose. Definitely recommend this condo to others.

Great location with lots to do.

We had a great time at this property. The decor was great and everything worked flawlessly. For all the hussle and bussle around the area the condo was pretty quiet and we got great nights sleep. We would totally stay here again. The location is perfect. We hit the farmers market around the lake Saturday morning. We rented a golf cart which was so much fun but we really could have walked and gotten to all the boardwalk attractions. The kids had a blast boogie boarding in the ocean and the pool was great for morning and evening swims to cool off. It really worked for 2 adults and 2 kids (6 yrs old). Lots of cool little historic sites around town. Great people and traffic watching from the lake side patio when the Littles went to bed. Everything we needed for a little beach getaway.

Trip down memory lane

I spent all my childhood summers at Carolina Lake Beach Villas. I had a huge nostalgia trip going again a few weeks ago. The condo was so nice! It was different but the same. The tile was beautiful. We loved the kitchen, with the excellent modern appliances. I was able to do some work thanks to having a great internet connection. The bed was super comfortable. We loved the walk-in shower! The view of the lake, the short walk to the ocean, it was all so wonderful like I remember. Carolina Beach has grown but it is still that wonderful little town I spent the summers of my youth. The code lock is super convenient. Checking in is so simple, which is very much appreciated when all you want to do is be on vacation. I really loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Just for a little feedback, we both thought the couch could use an upgrade. Other than that, wonderful. Thanks so much for the great experience!
