There were a few cleanliness items we noticed, but overall pretty clean. We were blamed for a hole in the pantry door that was there when we arrived. (The fridge door bangs up against it... so i assumed it was just going to be like that.) Be sure to report every last detail upon your arrival or you will pay! It was a 450 lesson that we learned the hard way. 400 to replace the door and another 50 credit card fee. We had a very good experience until this slap in the face. It was my fault for not reporting it.

We personally inspect the home before every arrival and again after each departure. The pantry door did not have a hole prior to your stay. While the design of the fridge and door placement isn’t ideal, we’ve hosted many guests without any damage occurring, so this was the first time we’ve seen an issue. I truly wish this hadn’t happened. We don’t profit from damages in any way — whatever the vendor charges is exactly what is passed through to the guest. It wouldn’t be fair to ask the homeowner or our company to cover the cost of repairing damage that wasn’t present before your visit. I’m sorry that this situation affected your experience. My goal is always to provide a great stay for every guest, and it’s disappointing to receive a low rating for something outside of our control.

The owners purchased the property so that they could come out and visit their grandchildren. Since they are still employed full-time, they found themselves not using it as much as they originally anticipated. So, they decided to share their little oasis with others who want to vacation in Arizona.

Why they chose this property

It is a great little property and there wasn't a lot of fixing up to do. The previous homeowners took great care of it.
