Our residence provides a spacious and airy atmosphere featuring an open-concept living area, complete with a stylish sectional sofa that invites you to relax and enjoy a great movie after a day of sightseeing or poolside fun.
The modern kitchen is designed for simplicity, perfect for quick breakfasts or lunches on the go, as well as for whipping up an elegant dinner. We have all the essentials you will need.
Three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable Queen beds, high-quality sheet sets, ceiling fans, blackout cellular blinds, and light-blocking curtains, along with a SMART TV for streaming your favorite shows before drifting off to sleep.
The Master bedroom showcases a sleek design with a King-size bed, ceiling fan, cellular blackout blinds, light-blocking curtains, and a 55" TV for streaming that movie you've been eager to watch before falling asleep.

Outside:
Enjoy a stunning 15,000-gallon saltwater pool with a Baja deck, perfect for cooling off and spending quality time with friends or family. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas to provide shade from the sometimes intense Arizona sun.
A practical patio pergola allows ample light while providing enough shade for you to enjoy your time outdoors. Additionally, there is a grill and outdoor dining area, complemented by a comfortable patio furniture setup for relaxation.

Our property also features fresh fruit trees throughout the growing season such as oranges and lemons. You are welcome to pick one or several to enjoy during your visit.

Smart TVs allow streaming from Netflix that is provided or guest can also log into their preferred streaming sites they may already have a subscription for.

Our host definitely stood out. Deborah was incredibly attentive, made sure we had every appliance and item we needed, and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was perfect. The amenities were also great, especially the well-equipped kitchen and family-friendly games.

Property was located in San Tan Valley, AZ. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Deborah our host was amazing. She was so attentive and responded to any questions or messages instantly. Deborah also had in depth knowledge of the area, things to do and restaurants and was always willing to make recommendations. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, drink ware and cooking needs. Each bedroom was equipped with a tv and the master had a nice ensuite. The outdoor patio/dining area was comfortable and provided plenty of shade. The fruit tree orchard filled the air with such a nice fragrance and also provided fresh lemons, limes, grapefruits and oranges. The pool was awesome and provided much needed relief from the record high temperatures we experienced. There was also an extra large umbrella on the pool deck and another umbrella for the baja portion of the pool. The house was equipped with a/c and plenty of ceiling fans. This pet friendly property met all of our needs and would definitely recommend staying here.

Check in was as stated and easy to enter. When arriving we noticed that the front handle to the outside storm door was missing. The house overall was as stated in the website. However, this house could use a deep cleaning. The microwave and under the microwave stand was dirty. Lights above the kitchen island dirty. The fridge inside could have used a wipe down. Coffee maker had used coffee grounds still in it. The windows inside were covered with a film of dirt. Under the beds had a layer of dust bunnies. The hall bath had long dark black hair on the sides. We luckily had a very nice week with sun - the pool was freezing! A simple solar cover may help?Deborah was very responsive to any messages we sent. The landscaping and fruit tress are very nice well kept and simple. I did also love that there are TVs in every bedroom. Deborah is new to this house and I think with a deep cleaning a little TLC it will be a good option.

Thank you Darla for your suggestions. I, however, find it offputting that I had a lengthy friendly chat with you at the house when I showed you how to turn the pool pump, none of the concerns were brought up at that time, besides a cold pool, and there was ample time to do so. If indeed the concerns were vocalized we would have addressed them immediately with the cleaning crew assigned to that property. Communication is key. In future, we do hope any rentals you stay at you consider communicating with the host immediately to allow them a chance to correct any oversights or concerns. This home has had stellar (5 STAR to be accurate) reviews on cleanliness and options for our guests so we do hope our guests will see through your singular opposition and take into consideration your lack of communication as though you didn't care to have the items addressed but to only hoped to tarnish their reputation with a poor review.
