About the host
Hosted by Barbara

We live in a cooler, often chilly climate in Northern California. Palm Springs offers us a place to switch gears, warm our bones and provides us a delightful environment to engage nature and enjoy the many enlivening activites in the desert.
Why they chose this property
We have traveled to Palm Springs with friends starting in 2001 who owned a home in the Mesa at the time. We were excited to find a home of our own in a natural desert setting that we could renovate, enjoy and share with others!
What makes this property unique
We bought this home because of the gorgeous views and the mid-century sensibility of the home in this amazing hillside setting. When creating the landscape with its patios, pool/spa, walls and established trees we made every effort to ensure we brought the natural Palm Springs panorama into view. It is something to behold from every room and spot in and around the house!
