A thousand steps to the beach. A short walk to Venice downtown quaint restaurants and shops and lots of entertainment. Located on one acre of lush gardens. One small pet allowed (30 pounds or less).
The city of Venice permits only 3 rentals shorter than 30 days per year. Please inquirer for rental availability.

We spent two weeks in the Lundy house. We found it very comfortable and clean. Cheri the host took really good care of us and made sure everything was to our liking. the houses is within walking distance to the beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but also conveniently close to Publix market. The pool and seating area are delightful.
