If you have a large party of 9, we will guarantee you a maximum price of $600 per night (our max nightly rate for 8 people, not inclusive of guest fees and taxes), and will refund any amount calculated by VRBO's automatic per person pricing algorithm immediately upon booking with us for parties of 9.
