One has queen bed, second bedroom has two twin beds and third bedroom has twin bed with trundle.
The house has open lay out with fully equipped kitchen. It is decorated with contemporary furnishings and new hardwood flooring and new carpets

Dining table can seat eight people. Living area has new smart TV. Additionally there are TVs in master bedroom and in one guest bedroom. There is large deck with bay views to enjoy the sunset.

There are beach toys and surfing boards in the shed in addition to beach chaises and chairs and beach umbrella and a beach cart to carry beach chairs.
