We appreciate all guest feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve our home. To provide context, no issues or concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, we only received this information many hours after checkout. Because of this, we weren't able to verify these points in real-time or provide immediate solutions while you were there, which we certainly would have done. Following your feedback, we conducted an immediate and thorough inspection of the property and confirmed there were no safety hazards present. Our AC system was functioning properly, and we fully inspected the shower heads and ducts to ensure everything was operating as expected. Also our listing accurately reflects the sleeping arrangements provided. Had you reached out during your stay about needing extra things for your group, we would have happily brought them over to accommodate you right away. We have since completed a full review of the property, addressing all maintenance and cleaning points to ensure our guests' comfort. The home is now completely prepped, maintained, and ready for future stays.
