This was a great place to stay! It made our DC trip very memorable and the amenities provided made it so easy for us. Thanks for the great stay! We loved the NoMa area and how easy it is to access the Metro to venture out. The neighborhood is great.

This was the perfect space for our annual girls' weekend trip. The rooms are spacious. The house was clean and well stocked. The location is perfect. It is easy to get to all the city attractions. The bonus is that the neighborhood also has great restaurants that you can walk to!

Great location. Safe area. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and also been owners. Property was not clean. Prior guest food items left in fridge. Outside trash cans were already full. One of the pull out sofas very dirty inside. Other pull out sofa terrible mattress. We had to buy a blow up mattress to put on top of. Yard area not well maintained. Internet was terribly slow entire stay. We attempted to reboot per owner instructions with no success. Owner needs to visit property more often to inspect and present a better rental to the public.

We don't even have two pull out sofas. So, I'm not sure what you're talking about there! Also, I literally have Verizon Giganet FIOS which is the fastest internet available. In fact, I left you three messages, none of which you responded to. So, I had them do a a speed check in the adjacent garden apartment (it's on the same internet connection) using Okla Speed Test and it measured over 900 MBS. It's funny, from your very first message, when you threatened me with with a low rating, I had the feeling you wanted me to "comp" you something. It kind of felt like it was your strategy to get a freebee of some sort. And I think, because I didn't offer you anything, you trashed me. If you were so concerned about the internet, you'd think you would have responded to my 3 messages! You also never responded to my message about what was specifically dirty other than us not removing all condiments from the fridge (which we don't do - why would we - most guests are happy to get ketchup/mustard etc.?).

This house is in a really good location- close to metro and a Trader Joe’s for groceries. Plenty of space, beds were comfortable. We did need our earplugs at night. Greg was very responsive. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home! It was cozy and well-equipped with extra supplies that aren’t typically included in VRBOs, such as extra baggies, trash bags, more dishwashing detergent than we could ever use, and an abundance of toilet paper. We had to purchase all these items at other VRBOs. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are really glad you enjoyed DC and your time at our home! We use VRBOs and BnB's a lot when we travel ourselves (our son's autism makes hotel stays very challenging) and we are always annoyed when we have to go out and buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other basic living items. So we try really hard to keep a very well-stocked home with most everything the average traveler could want or need! Thanks for noticing. :)

Great place to stay for 4 adults,11 and 13 yr old kids. Was nice to have parking spot. We got used to getting mini van into the tight spot with practice. Nice to have 3 really nice bathrooms! Beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Liked the outdoor space as well. Felt like it was a very safe area to walk!

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. We have a supplemental air conditioning unit, but it has been crazy weather here. Going from 93 degrees to 31 degrees in about a 24 period. The supplemental air conditioner will be installed after Sunday which is supposedly the last freeze of the year (31 degrees). Sorry, you just got caught in the freak heat wave before we could switch over from winter to summer!

This house had everything we needed - comfy beds, not a bad walk to the train, and the owner was super friendly and responsive when we had questions.
