The Space:

Located on the 6th floor of the Historic Peachtree Towers, get ready for amazing Skyline Views. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts a super comfy Queen Bed with plush linen, spacious living room with Queen Size Pull out Sofa Bed, Fully equipped Kitchen, resort style bathroom, and the most relaxing patio!



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire condo! Laundry Room is located on the basement floor of the building.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in each room. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches from AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriate times during each season.

This was a great place to stay. Our original room was damaged by a water leak and the owners kindly offered a refumd or another room at no additional cost. the new room was bigger and just a nice place in the middle of town.

Great views and cute place

This place was so cute and the balcony was even cuter! Also the host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The place as well was very nicely put together and onsite staff were friendly as well. Even offered to help us understand the parking situation and find our room. Will recommend!

The room is nice.Has almost everything you need.Close to Market and good restaurantsIt was very cold the week we stayed, and we were very comfortableWe have stayed in this unit twice and plan to stay again.Kitchen needs a few itemsmore towels cleaning supplies.

heat was not working in main room, shower water came out too slow and drain in shower was clogged having to stand in water while trying to shower. lots of pet hair and dander that got all over my clothes. I called Felicia and she said nothing could be done for water pressure and she said she would order a repair ticket for heater and shower drain. nothing was fixed before I left. I would appreciate at least a partial refund for this stay.
