Stay close to home and enjoy immediate beach access and one of the largest outdoor pools in the area or venture out a bit to discover several popular local attractions including Old Pro Golf, Fenwick Island State Park, Embers Island Mini Golf, Trimper Rides of Ocean City, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion, all within seven miles of this property.

Stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, meet up for mealtimes around the nearby table, and then settle in for relaxing days in the living area or the enclosed sunroom with stellar beach and ocean views.

This condo also comes with a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know

* Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
*A $60 cash non-refundable building registration fee per vehicle is due at check-in at the Atlantis. Parking is available for one vehicle. $60 for an additional space based on availability. Please ensure that any necessary permits are displayed at all times.
* All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
* Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the
Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
