The beachy floors are reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OCMD Boardwalk, and the natural Sea Glass tones are warm and soothing. After a busy day on the Beach, you’ll love relaxing in the cozy furniture, including the couch which is also a Sleeper Sofa, and enjoying the Flat Screen TV, the AC and Free WiFi. Take in awe-inspiring Views right from the sofa, or slip out to the Furnished Balcony, where you can see the waves crash on the Beach, and also catch a gorgeous sunset at the day’s end. This truly is just the perfect place to begin and end every wonderful day of vacation. Looking straight down the OC strip at night is quite a sight with the city lights dancing on the water.

Just off the Living Area, the Well-equipped Kitchen will inspire the Chef in your family. With gleaming Granite Countertops, Ocean Blue cabinets and everything you could possibly need, mealtime will feel like anything but a chore. There’s plenty of room for all at the Double Sided Breakfast Bar, and the spacious Dining Area is just steps away with seating for a quiet meal in, or a fun family game night in! Not one to cook on Vacation? Take a stroll to one of the many great dining venues nearby, and The Quay is also a short walk to the Gold Coast Mall and other shops and attractions.

The Quay 1201 sleeps up to 6 and is absolutely perfect for small families or 2 couples traveling together. Bedroom 1 has a cozy Queen Bed, and the gorgeous combination of beachy blue with pops of coral. With a Flat Screen TV and lovely Views, it’s absolute perfection. There’s a Full Bath convenient to both Bedrooms and the Living Area just across the Hall with a Granite Vanity and a Shower/Tub Combo. At the end of the hall is the Primary Bedroom with a Plush Queen Bed and en-suite Full Bath with Walk-in Shower. Serene colors of ocean and sea glass are fabulous, and there’s also a Flat Screen TV. Back out in the hall you’ll find a Stacked Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Closet, perfect for popping in a quick load while calling Quay 1201 home.

The Quay Building requires guests register and pay a $75 Amenity Fee payable upon arrival. Each condo comes with 1 Parking Spot unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the building. Only 1 Parking Spot is guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
