This family farmhouse retreat is the perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet, to reset and refocus, or to just lay your head down after a long day of riding the trails at River Run ATV Park. The serene back porch along with the beautiful sunrises and sunsets will fuel your soul.

Sit in the porch swing as the sun goes down or make yourself a s'more by the fire pit!

1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds. Plenty of room for air mattresses if your party has more.

Located only 11 miles from the River Run ATV Park in Neches, 20 minutes from the popular Polar Express Train Ride in Palestine, and less than 10 miles to the famous Pine Dunes Golf Course just outside of Frankston.

Beautiful place to relax with your family!

This home is a beautiful place!! Its clean, well stocked, and a wonderful place to escape and unplug for a weekend! Katie was a wonderdul host a quick to reapond to any questions or requests. She has gone above and beyond with all of the attention paid to the little details that make this house a home. We will definitely be back!!
