Whether you're planning a summer vacation with your small family or a winter storm or whale-watching trip with another couple, this home provides the wonderful feeling of seclusion despite its convenient location. Walk a few steps home from the beach each afternoon to toss the day's swimsuits in the new washer/dryer, and marvel at the incredible vista as you whip up a snack in the remodeled kitchen that features new stainless steel sink and appliances, and new quartz-top counters. The quartz-top dining table with walnut chairs for four is a great place to gather for mealtime or peak out at the ocean while catching up on your laptop accompanied by the high-speed WiFi.
Relax on the sectional sofa while enjoying the new electric fireplace, cozy under the blankets or siping your favorite beverage. You'll even find a gas grill and Adirondack chairs outside on the deck, so you can prepare local seafood as the sun sets over the ocean on beautiful sunny nights. And after an evening spent watching your streaming favorites on the living room's 55' Roku TV + soundbar, you can retire to one of two bedrooms - one with a king-size bed (and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with a stall shower, and TOTO bidet toilet), and one with a queen-size bed. The second newly remodeled full bathroom is in the hallway, offering a tub/shower combination.
This oceanfront home sits just about 50 steps from the beach, allowing you to be among the first on the sand each morning to take long walks, collect seashells, or go boogie boarding. The heart of downtown Rockaway Beach is just over a mile south, where you'll find all sorts of casual eateries, restaurants, sweet shops, and charming boutiques. You'll also be well situated to take scenic drives both up and down the coast, with such attractions as the fishing village of Garibaldi seven miles south and Nehalem Bay and Oswald West State Parks less than 15 miles north.
Our house has recently undergone major high-end updates in the kitchen, both bathrooms and laundry. Recent upgrades include an all SS kitchen with mostly LG appliances - the range even has a built in air fryer! New vanities and toilets (1 with a bidet!) in the bathrooms, and new quartz countertops throughout the entire house. New Washer/Dryer and sink in laundry room. We've also added a Universal EV charger with a J1772 plug.

The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled with all Stainless Steel appliances, new plumbing and toilets (primary with a bidet!) and quartz countertops.
There are 2 portable AC units located in the bedroom closets, and movable as needed.

A universal EV charger is available at $0.22-0.25 kWh, which is consistent with the Tillamook Tesla supercharger. (Tesla guests will need to bring their own J1772 adapters.)
This home strictly enforces a no-pet policy (not including verified and registered service animals). As owners, we have dog/cat allergies in our family. Any abuse of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee along with removal from the property.

The house has a "no shoes on inside house" policy. Please pack your slippers if you are like my wife and me, who gets cold toes without something covering them:)
