About this property

Ocean front beach home! Private beach/volleyball court, hot tub, beautiful views

Family owned since 1992, our 2 story 2,100 square foot home is designed to maximize the expansive ocean views from both the upper and lower floors, with the main bedroom upstairs and 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level. Each level has a full bathroom.
This cottage style home has wood accents throughout with a wood burning fireplace upstairs and LCD TV. The extended dining area contains a wet bar, stereo/CD player, and two tables for dining. All with a view and access to the upper deck.
The lower level is furnished with comfortable seating, TV/VCR, game table, full size futon, second full bathroom, laundry room, and extra refrigerator/freezer. There is direct access to the large lower deck and ocean view hot tub. Perfect for vacation!

Our private volleyball court is perfect for sheltered relaxation, a spirited game of volleyball, or there's room for both just off the lower deck. An easy stroll about 50 yards further down a dedicated sandy path gets you to the main beach. We love not only our "little beach" for small children to play and volleyball, but also the close proximity to Clark's creek for family fun in shallow water. You can't beat our view of Twin Rocks, the ocean waves, and the sunset!
This home is located in Rockaway Beach in the 7 mile sandy beach between Tillamook Bay and Nehalem Bay.

My two brothers and I rented this property for a small sibling get together. It is in a great location and right on the beach. The house is laid out well with amazing views of the beach and rock formations. The house was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay on the Oregon coast! The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely stay again! The house is right off Highway 101, so there was more road noise than I realized there would be but otherwise, a great house!

This is a beautiful beach front house with everything you will need for a beach vacation. Plenty of cooking utensils, appliances and dishes. Toys for the kids and a wonderful deck overlooking the ocean for relaxing in the sun. The beds are comfy and pillows are fluffy. It's a few steps to the water where the kids played in the surf and sand.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The ocean view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hosts were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This property is great for a large group. Plenty of room, great views and in a great location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels! Beach access was incredible. Only reason for the four stars is the hot tub use. We were responsible for making sure ph was correct and well, I don't know about pools or ph issues so that was a bit confusing and for the cost I feel It should have been ready for guests. We also couldn’t get the tv to work but weren’t that concerned about it and could have reached out to the host but didn’t. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Great house to stay in. We’ve stayed here twice and loved it so much both times! Right on the beach. Hot tub is great to get in and watch the waves. Lots of room. Well stocked. And so close to the beach! We will definitely try to stay again!

Such a perfect spot for us! We never used some of the amenities, like the hot tub but wish we had. They have all the details covered with beach toys, chairs, and towels. The kitchen had plenty of supplies amd 2 tables woth plenty of seating.The beds were comfy although the king bed is a little high for me. The bunk room was a little tight but everything else was spacious. We enjoyed watching fireworks on the beach from the living room (it was really windy and chilly that night). There was a lot to do in town and lovely beaches.

We have stayed in many properties along the Oregon coast, and this property was our favorite so far, primarily because of the private beach access. This house is quite comfortable for a group of 8, as there are multiple spaces to relax both inside and outside (upper and lower decks, upstairs and downstairs living rooms). All the beds are comfortable as well. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. The only possible improvement might be that the hot tub could be a bit hotter and the hot tub control panel is a bit quirky. Also a storage option in the bathrooms would help as there is minimal counter space. Overall, this is a wonderful property where we hope to stay again someday!
