Clean, friendly, safe

The property was in a gated community so for a visitor this was a great peace of mind! The space was very clean and had lots of room! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all the cooking necessities! The hosts were extremely friendly, answered messages within a few hours and made sure everything was set up correctly for us! Overall it was a great stay and I would stay again when I visit next!

Torture

I had no where to stay this unit was NOT available after I previously booked it. I drove 7 hours in the pouring rain only to be offered a hotel. I had to find my own place after being on the phone with vrbo for nearly 2 hours and still didn’t get anything resolved and i had to find my own place to stay which costed me over $600 it was very very stressful and upsetting all while driving in terrible conditions and knowing I suddenly had no where to stay!

THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS, as we wrote to you, we were very sorry because the apartment still was in preparation for rental and we had not yet finished the administrative conditions on the platform and even your last minute reservation had not been approved. The reservation was in a “tentative” status but had not been approved. So for those reasons your reservation didn’t went on. So sorry for your personal inconveniences but the failure was not on our part.
