First, this building is located in center city Philadelphia area. As stated, this is also a historic building and so outside noise could be an issue with noise sensitive guest.



Second, There are steps to get to the apartment but once inside the apartment there are no steps. We want to be fully transparent so your stay can be amazing. :)
