Private dock situated directly on the bay features a lower stationary dock for kayaks.
Wooden steps off of side bulkhead provide access into shallow waters.

The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area,
living room with comfy furnishings, and a private den with sleep sofa and TV.
