Our recently remodeled private condo offers two queen beds with all the amenities you could need while you explore Park City. Equipped with a smart TV, hot tub, heating and air conditioning, full bathroom, and within walking distance to many dining options; it's the perfect spot to relax and rest but also get wherever you need to go quickly.

Stayed for the Sundance Film Festival and this spot was the perfect location! Easy to get to everything. Corey was very responsive and a helpful host. The condo had everything we needed.

Born and raised in Utah and having spent time and lived in several other spots across the United States, I'm always drawn back to where I call home. I enjoy spending time with my kids, reading a good book, or being with friends.

I'm intrigued to offer my property to others so they can enjoy the beauty of Utah and in particular, the unique offerings of Park City. I know it adds a lot of value to my life and I love being able to offer that to others.

Why they chose this property

Park City is a mountain town with gorgeous scenery wherever you look. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Salt Lake City but not too far out that you can't get to everything you need with a short drive.

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because of its proximity to everything that Park City has to offer; it has also been updated and remodeled in late 2023 which helps it stand out as a modern, clean, and comfortable place to stay while you take everything in.
