This newly built, fully equipped, modern, single-family home with 3 bedrooms (2 king, 2 twin) and 3 full bathrooms awaits your visit! Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from the front porch or balcony. Relax after a day of skiing, mountain biking, or hiking as you gaze at the stars from our 6-person hot tub.

The Village is a 5-minute drive or a shuttle ride away. The village is bustling with activities, shops, restaurants, and bars.

All Wheel Drive or four-wheel vehicles are recommended in the winter.

AMENITIES: Air Conditioning, Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, and Free On Call Resort Shuttle Service, which runs from Soaring Eagle Lift and Lodge to the Village, Western Territory, and Silver Creek areas - all of which are included with a standard lift ticket.

Updated House Rules:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of the reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted; no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

The home itself was modern and very well appointed. My issue is that it is advertised as a ski in ski out but the only way down to the lift is by skiing black diamonds-which I do not do. Also it was a short hike to the nearest run. That was disappointing for our group as we were expecting more of a traditional ski in ski out experience.

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
