About this space
Our top floor condo is an oasis in the middle of everything. Its well located just 1 block off main street (Colorado Ave), a 3-min walk to the ski resort (Chair 7), steps away from two of the best restaurants in town (There Bar and Siam) and on the same block as the grocery store. There's a ski locker on the ground level, indoor parking (first come, first serve), an awesome lobby with a fireplace and deck with hot tub, and a beautiful shared backyard. This is our favorite location in Telluride.
The space
This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is where we live. Dylan has lived in Telluride for 10 years and studied architecture and design; Moe’s has been here for 5 years. We’ve spent years curating and designing our eclectic ski condo where mid century modern & ski lodge furniture and designs collide. You can find classic mid-century modern designs in our home from Herman Miller, Eames, Frank Loyd Wright, Noguchi, Ralph Lauren and more. We also love art, vintage ski posters, coffee table books, and reading books, all of which our home loves to boast.
Our home is located on the top floor, with high vaulted ceiling, large skylights, and windows that draw in lots of light. At 1250 sq ft, we are close to double the size of most two beds in town.
Interior Highlights:
Spacious Living & Dining: The open living and dining room features 4 skylights, 6 windows, and a Ralph Lauren dining table that sits up to 8 people.
Kitchen: Is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need for your stay, including an Espresso machine, a Moccamaster drip coffee machine, KitchenAid Mixer, Blender, Food Processor and more.
Office Setup: With 3 dedicated workstations in the condo, monitors, and high speed WiFi, it is perfect for working from home.
Bedrooms: Our home can comfortably sleep 4 people. The primary suite is on the second (lofted) floor and is open to the living room, creating an open and airy space feel. The primary features a king bed and an ensuite bath with a Toto Bidet toilet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms and bathrooms will include linens, sheets, comforters, towels & robes.
Washer & Dryer: The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
Technology:
We are techies who work from home. We have a high speed WiFi network with routers in every room, which means you will have fast speeds in every corner of the condo. We also have a multi room Sonos system, keyless entry, dimmer light switches, and more.

Boomerang Lodge Amenities:
- Parking: The building offers one parking space in an indoor garage that is first come first served.
- Epic Lobby: The building features an awesome great room with a massive fireplace. It is the perfect gathering spot for après-ski, as is the large deck outside.
- Large Backyard: The building's fenced-in grassy backyard is a great place to walk and admire the beauty of the surrounding mountain and valleys
- Communal hot tub: The communal hot tub is located on the 2nd floor deck, with great views.
Other things to note
Prime Location:
- Ski Access: Just a short walk from Chair Lift 7 and lift ticket window, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy the best skiing in Telluride.
- Downtown Proximity: The heart of Telluride, known for its restaurants, shopping, nightlife & the free Gondola is just a few minutes away.
Getting around Telluride:
- Telluride's Free Bus, The Galloping Goose runs town loops with bus stops walking distance from the complex
- Downtown and all amenities are walkable
Truths:
- The hot tub is managed by the building's HOA and may close at any time. We have no control over possible closings.
- Please note this unit does not have A/C, same as most units in Telluride.
- We are on the 3rd and 4th floors of a building that does not have an elevator. Expect to go up some stairs!
