This Trailside45 newly remodeled condo on the fourth floor with a balcony is a very comfortable and classy place to stay in TC. 2 bedrooms and a couch sleeps 5. Just 1.5 miles from down town. Trailside is right on the Tart trail so bring your bikes! All essential amenities are included. There is laundry, wifi, and a brand new kitchen for cooking. Traverse City is a perfect place for visiting wineries, breweries, restaurants, hiking, biking and some of the states most beautiful views.

This fourth floor condo is beautifully decorated. Just remodeled with brand new everything. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Access the fourth floor by elevator. Use the smart TV with all streaming services. Drink coffee on the balcony. Relax.

The building is in a great location to enjoy everything the Traverse City area has to offer. There is an elevator to all floors and a bike storage room so bring your bikes!

There is a large common gathering area on the 4th floor with a kitchen.

Trailside is appropriately named as it sits on the renowned Tart trail. Bike to town, the beach or all the way to Leelanau county. Bring your bikes!
