This Trailside45 newly remodeled condo on second floor with a balcony is a very comfortable and classy place to stay in TC. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch sleeps 6. Just 1.5 miles from down town. Trailside is right on the Tart trail so bring your bikes! All essential amenities are included. There is laundry, wifi, and a brand new kitchen for cooking. Traverse City is a perfect place for visiting wineries, breweries, restaurants, hiking, biking and some of the states most beautiful views.

This spacious second floor condo is beautifully decorated. Just remodeled with brand new everything. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Access the second floor by elevator. Use the smart TV with all streaming services. Drink coffee on the balcony. Relax.

The building is in a great location to enjoy everything the Traverse City area has to offer. There is an elevator to the second floor and a bike storage room so bring your bikes!

Even beach towels are provided! There is a large common gathering area on the 4th floor with a kitchen.

Trailside is appropriately named as it sits on the renowned Tart trail. Bike to town, the beach or all the way to Leelanau county. Bring your bikes!

Central location on Garfield Ave

The unit turned out to be exactly as the photos promised! Simple, clean, and easy to use. Loved having the walking trail right outside the door, parking lot. Without another guest showing us where to find it, would never have found the key pad to open the outside door. We weren't the only ones...another group had to call the management company to be able to get in. Awkward. What if we were coming in after hours? The owners welcome letter emphasized taking off our shoes...but didnt provide a bench or chair in the entry way? The location was a 5 minute drive to access the Mission Point Peninsula...so convenient to travel to the other Peninsulas, access downtown Traverse City. Well done !
