Aruba Bay Waterfront Resort and Kokomo Yacht Club offers first class accommodations near the Texas Gulf Coast. This newly built resort is located along the protected waters of Lake Padre and has access thru Packery Channel to the Gulf of Mexico and Corpus Christi Bay. Costa Casita is custom decorated with modern, beach cottage decor that will instantly make you feel at home. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax or you can choose to enjoy the extended back patio with a private grill and outdoor dining area; there is even a high chair for your little one. A stay at Costa Casita allows you, your family and friends to enjoy all the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living, just minutes away from swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of dining options. On-site boat slips are available for rent so don't forget to bring your boat!

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Overall Great Place to Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the cutest townhouse, and really well set up for larger families. We liked that it was situated on the corner. It was well stocked and clean, just as described. The air conditioner worked very well, as did the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay and management was kind and helpful when we needed to get in touch with them. There were a few, small, things that could be addressed if we were to stay again. The downstairs carpet needs replaced. This is a pet friendly townhome. We didn't bring pets, but I'm assuming there have been several accidents on the Livingroom rug. It looks aged and makes the place smell a bit when you walk in. We tried several things to help this, which didn't help. It probably just needs updated every 6 months or so. Second, there were no bedside lamps in the master bedroom. Maybe someone prior took them, or maybe they were being updated, but it was a minor inconvenience. Obviously we didn't need them, but they would have been nice. The last thing was the hot water tank isn't very big, so we had to offset showers. A home this big could use a bigger tank in order to accommodate how many guests it holds. All in all a great location, super close to the beach and really well maintained, especially for a pet friendly place.

A much needed fun filled stay at Casa Cosita!

The home is beautifully decorated and clean. The triple bunk beds are great when you have a large family. All appliances work and are clean and quiet. I love the larger backyard with artificial turf. I did morning yoga on the turf each morning and it was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we need to cook our meals! Property management were easy to text and work with on any issues. You don't need a key to get in and out of the house, just a code. Having access to the Yacht club was a true surprise and a lot of fun! They have daily events like s'mores, karaoke, etc that the whole family can enjoy! The swimming pool is nice, and the kids loved the slides! Overall, a great experience and we'd be happy to book again.
