I love Santa Amelia, it is 12 minutes walking distance to the Lagoon of Pampulha, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to great bakery, restaurant, bars, drug store, museum and vegetables market! Truly you don’t need a car. Public transportation to anywhere, but Uber is available!
What makes this property unique
Our apartment is located in a quiet street. It on the second floor. Our kitchen has everything you need, and more, Smart TV and WiFi . Comfortable beds, beautiful decorations, what you see on the pictures is exactly! No surprises,
