Welcome to Casa Mar Azul.

A stunning Oceanfront one bedroom, one bathroom air conditioned condominium located just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and the famous arch at Land's End. This totally renovated condo sits right above the Sea of Cortez in the beautifully landscaped resort of Misiones del Cabo, one of only a few true Oceanfront condominiums available in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is situated on a point with a beautiful cove and beach on one side, well suited for snorkeling, and the other with waves that beckon for surfing. Medano Beach, where sun meets fun, is just minutes away.

Enjoy listening to the sounds of the sea on your very own large, private, sun filled terrace while relaxing on lounge chairs or having your meal on the outdoor dining table. Casa Mar Azul features a retractable bedroom wall so you can savour the view from your king size bed morning and night. Enjoy making light meals and your favorite drinks in the fully equipped kitchen. The main swimming pool offers a swim-up bar with food service- opens mid afternoon, ideal when you're craving a cold beer or margarita with nachos; Wi-Fi is available for all guests in the pool area. Also within walking distance is the famous and highly recommended Sunset De Mona Lisa restaurant and wine bar.

Taxi service is available on site at the main gate, ideal for running into town to get groceries or to one of the many attractions in the area. Let Casa Mar Azul’s Concierge Service assist with planning and booking your activities while in Cabo. Get away for a golf game, relax at a local spa, get on board for a day of fishing, tour the famous arch on a sunset cruise, dine at one of the local eateries, shop until you drop or anything else you can imagine. They can arrange for transport to and from the airport and even stock the fridge for you; it’s all worry free.

To stay connected, Casa Mar Azul has Wi-Fi available and a telephone equipped to make local calls. A flat screen, Smart TV is available for Netflix lovers along with a Blu-Ray player. Ensuite laundry is available and maid service can be arranged during your stay upon request. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler perfect to take along while relaxing under one of the palapas nearby.

The space was welcoming and clean, we had almost everything we needed. Everyone was super freindly and helpful. The views were stunning and we had a fireworks show every night. They had a full bar by the pool and food service for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend the prickly pear food service.

Our trip to Casa Mar Azul was lovely - everything was just as advertised. Kristen and Rodrigo were super responsive about any questions and Kristen helped us arrange transit to/from airport as well as a snorkeling trip and gave us info on grocery delivery. The pool with food/bar was steps away as well as a nice small and swimmable beach. Just 10-15 min drive into Cabo San Lucas, etc. Lovely place, lovely trip! Thank you.

Great location, comfortable bed and chairs, great pool, easy access to shopping and the beach... all in a wonderful stay. Derfinitely recommend the welcome fiesta add on by Gloria. We watched whales swim by our balcony all day every day -- would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again :)
