About this property

Our gorgeous space is not only the perfect peaceful retreat for your vacation — it is also proudly the only ADA-friendly home on Lake Hamilton, as the entire house and yard are on one level and FLAT ground. The space offers a fabulous lakefront view, boat dock, and private boat ramp. You’ll enjoy a huge backyard for yard games or just lounging with friends and family. In addition, the home sits off the road for an extremely private setting. There are two master bedrooms, both with king beds, along with two large bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, with easy access to the hall bathroom. We also offer a bunkhouse, which has two bunkbeds. For summer stayers, we have a pool complete with a hot tub, and two complimentary kayaks and use of our lily pad. For guests in the cooler months, we have the capability of heating the pool. Just three miles from Oaklawn, our home is close enough to the action of the Spa City but also far enough away to bask in lake serenity.

Fantastic lake home!

This lake home was amazing! Stunning backyard with the perfect view! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. We will be back!!

Wonderful

Fantastic property with a beautiful view, very spacious and well kept. Best part is the location, it’s close to everything plus backyard is literally on the lake. Has fishing available and even has paddle boards and tubes. They had life jackets as well. Spent the weekend with my family for my mom’s birthday and it was perfect.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

My grown daughters had never been to Hot Springs before and it had been years since I had been. I wanted to find a place on Lake Hamilton but close to all of the places we wanted to go - this was DEFINITELY it! It was a spacious beautiful setting on the lake, with a pool/hot tub/firepit (bonus!), and super close to all of the necessities and also close to all the adventures of downtown Hot Springs. This home had EVERYTHING we needed: space to move around, a huge kitchen with everything we needed, a fabulous back porch with the prettiest of views, and so many amenities to boot! The management team covered all the bases! Games! Firewood for the firepit! A toasty hot tub! And even extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies…who does that anymore? My crew had the best 3 nights there and have already decided we HAVE to return sometime! It was perfection - we couldn’t have enjoyed our Easter weekend more.

Birthday Weekend!

This was the 2nd year we stayed here and will be back next year! The property management team did a great job! The property is absolutely amazing! The pool, the Hot Tub, the beds are so comfy! It feels like home if home were at the lake. It has to be the closest lake property to the race track. I dont think Uber was even $20. Weather you are in town for the lake or the track, you should choose this property for relaxing or enjoying all that Hot Springs has to offer!
