Beautiful property and great host. I didn't realize how long and steep the driveway was, so getting the trash to the top was sort of an adventure since most of my party were disabled vets and older adults. So, I would be mindful of that for future guest. But, it really is a great property and we'd stay again. Guest won't be disappointed.

Property is just as you see on its website. Met the needs of our family of ten. We would r3nt this property again. Located in an established neighborhood and was very safe. No problem getting our pontoon boat in and out of the covered boathouse. Beds were great.

The property was beautiful! It was so spacious and welcoming. My grandkids (ages 4,6,16) all loved the game room , pedal boat, and fishing off the dock in the cove. Everything we needed was readily available including plenty of parking for all our vehicles. This is our third summer to come to Hot Springs as a family. Each year I have rented a different place because we were looking for the perfect place. We have found it and will rent it again next year if it’s available.

Great Home - Great Location

This home was perfect for our family (four couples and one child). We loved the location and the close proximity to all the things we did (horse races, restaurants, dinosaur trails, etc.).

Cleanliness was very good, layout was perfect for our crew, 2 nice bedrooms on main floor so seniors didn’t have to walk steps. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely stocked. Disappointed because gas grill didn’t work, nor was there extra propane.
