Lake Hamilton is beautiful year round and there is always something fun to do in our cute little city of Hot Springs! Enjoy our 7 person spa and the heated gunite pool overlooking the lake.
Conveniently located in both the center of town and the center of Lake Hamilton this 4500 square foot lakefront property has all of the amenities you need for the perfect vacation! This unique property has 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.
Master: king size bed
Master side guest: full size bed
Bunk/media room: 4 full size beds
Guest side room 1: queen size bed
Guest side room 2: queen size bed
Living area near pool table: twin XL daybed and trundle bed
Downstairs suite: sofa with fold out and air mattress.
The house also boasts 3 living/gathering areas with a pool table and foos ball table, a large kitchen with commercial grade luxury appliances, a separate wet bar/full refrigerator, and 2 extra large patio areas directly on the lake and off of the main living area. There is a large boat dock with electric lift. This fabulous home is located within walking distance from many restaurants and is just a 5-10 minute drive from most places in town! We offer free high speed WIFI and Uverse cable, with flat panel televisions in all rooms. This home is ideal for a disabled or elderly individual with majority of the living space on one level. There are 4 icemakers, 3 heat/air units, 2 water heaters, 3 indoor dining areas, 1 outdoor dining area, high capacity front loading washer and dryer, and 4 1/2 bathrooms making this home not only comfortable to sleep in but also very comfortable to actually live in during your stay!

Privately accommodates up to 14.

7 person hot tub overlooking Lake Hamilton! Different jet design on each spot in the hot tub allows for a full body message if you sit in each seat!
In ground, salt water, concrete pool with the option to be heated for $100 per day with a $300 minimum on heating.

There are exterior cameras used to monitor the property in both the front and back areas of the house.

Great Family Getaway

We packed a lot into our 7 day trip and the house and the hosts did not disappoint. They were there for questions and responded quickly. We had a large group and the kiddos really enjoyed the pool! We like that there was cute little places within walking distance (snow cones, coffee shop, etc.). We really enjoyed Hot Springs! We hiked, played golf, pickleball, rented a boat, tried the bathhouses, and it was all easy to get to!

Griff and Jessica were amazing! The home more than met our expectations. It is so beautiful and peaceful. We had lots of space for our group of 8. Definitely get the pool heated it was wonderful. There was so much to do at the home we didn’t leave. It was as the best girl weekend we ever had. We highly recommend.

Lake Hamilton 2024

Home was impeccable. All amenities were fantastic. We were a family of 12 with 3 generations from 1yr to 65yrs. Everyone had something to interest them. We did rent a pontoon boat & that just enhanced the experience. Definitely a great vacation!
