And all suites with double bed, barbecue with wood stove, and a toilet in the common area. Kitchen has all accessories with an automatic espresso machine that grinds the grain on time! All rooms and the house have air conditioning generating total comfort as it is 100% air conditioned! Pool and wooden deck facing the sea we offer 2 bikes! The house has 2 double sofa beds.

Ótima estadia

A Casa é ótima, fiquei hospedada no natal e ano novo com meus familiares e os filhos dogs. Fui muito bem recebida pelo proprietário Ernani e seus familiares que moram na casa ao lado. A casa é toda completa, com limpeza e organização do imóvel impecável, oferece todos os utensílios domésticos, e tudo que precisamos Ernani sempre está a disposição para ajudar. A praia na frente tem acesso fácil, sendo calma e tranquila. Adoramos, tudo muito seguro e contendo todas as especificações que contemplam na descrição da casa. Agradeço a cordialidade do Ernani. Voltaremos assim possível.

A casa é ótima. Realmente tem tudo q precisa, os quartos são ótimos, as camas super confortáveis. A piscina é muito boa, inclusive pras crianças. De frente e bem pertinho da praia. O anfitrião nos recebeu muito bem e nos ajudou em tudo q precisamos. Foram ótimos dias q passamos nessa casa e queremos inclusive voltar.

Me senti na casa de um amigo. Aquele amigo que deixou simplesmente TUDO pra nós. O proprietário é de uma sutileza, educação e carinho com os hóspedes incomparável. Nos alugou bem mais que uma casa, nos alugou conforto, orientação, dicas, cuidados, informação sobre a região. Nosso pacote veio completo. Passamos uma virada de ano em uma casa com tudo do bom e o do melhor que uma residência a beira do mar da Pinheira poderia nos oferecer. Só temos a agradecer!
