No worries, no fuss, no stress—Pura Vida! Come enjoy the beach life in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3rd floor corner Town Center Residence at Cinnamon Shore. Sea inspired colors blend softly with warm wood tones, and fun pops of color!

AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria.

Sparkling granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances beckon the chef of the family to produce delicious meals in the wide open kitchen. The whole group can gather around the farmhouse style table that easily seats 6 with seating for 4 at the island counter top. The serene master bedroom features a king bed and wonderful linens for you to enjoy. The large windows allow the sunshine to fill the room and bring the outside in or heavy shades to luxuriate the morning away! The second bedroom is filled with bright blues and corals and features a custom built bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a fun twin bunk above. The large jack and jill bathroom has a granite vanity top and a walk-in shower. Fun abounds in the nautical feel bunk room that sleeps 4. The kids will have all the space they need to spread out and enjoy the fun games and movies provided. Cinnamon Shore features three resort-style pools, 2 stocked fishing lakes, community fire pit, and lots of green space for picnics & games. So, whether your stay is a weekend escape or a week-long vacation with your family start living it “pura vida style”.

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Pura Vida is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Pura Vida the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time at Cinnamon Shores and how family friendly it was. The condo itself was amazing and very comforable. I really enjoyed having the various activities available and the convenience of onsite restaurants. The area of the beach was nice and quiet too. However, the elevator to our building was broken during our entire stay. I am 6 months pregnant with a 1 and 4 yo, getting our gear and entire family up and down the stairs with a 3rd floor condo was definitely tough. It put a damper of the stay. With the cost of Cinnamon Shores and 4 night requirement, I would have expected more regular updates from management. We did not get a single one outside of the initial alert. We also never saw anyone working on the issue and received no information on what the issue was. There should have been something offered to us to make up for the inconvenience. There were also a few areas that were not regularly checked for trash.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids), and in-laws (Grandma/Grandpa/Aunt) enjoyed a 6 night stay in this lovely unit. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a TON of storage for kits clothes in the bunk room. The only suggestion that I would make is that in the shared shower, there needs to be a caddy or shelf to place shampoo/soaps, etc. That is my only feedback - as we had to place everything on the floor. That is my only feedback because everything else was WONDERFUL :)

It was clean on arrival and had all the kitchen utensils necessary. There appeared to be a cockroach problem, we found 6 in 5 days. I also would have appreciated the option for a pack n play instead of having to rent one from baby’s away for a hefty price.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, enjoyed the comfortable beds, convenient location to pool/beach, and well stocked kitchen. However, the cockroaches and appliance malfunctions marred the stay. The oven malfunctioned twice (displayed an F10 error and beeped loudly which could not be turned off until maintenance came to turn off the circuit breaker) which prevented us from preparing meals and resulted in additional costs. Worse, we had multiple large cockroaches in several of the rooms on our last 2 days. Several of these (at least 9) were dead and we vacuumed them up/took pictures for staff and were told “well, we are near water so there will be some bugs”. For the price of this unit, this many large cockroaches seems out of the ordinary, and it made me extremely uncomfortable to stay there with my toddlers after that. Overall, the unit and location were nice but I will never return if all the units are infested with cockroaches to that degree.

Nothing to write home about, pictures make it a look nicer than it is TBH but it gets the job done if you're not looking to spend a fortune on a house. Pros: Corner and top floor was quiet, no complaints on noise.Cons: My beef was with the beach - trucks driving in front of beach chairs where kids play, trash on the beach, etc. Tips to owners: - Nicer lighting and flickering bulbs - Add a higher dead bolt for peace of mind with wandering toddlers - The water clean off outside of the building was a trickle and one by beach didn't work. If you aren't set on CS, then you may want to look at other options for texas beaches. I know I will

The condo was lovely, bright and well appointed. We will probably look for another condo for our next stay as the master bath was minimal and the Wi-Fi needed to be reset twice a day to work.
