Modern Apartment near Bus Stop!
Maximum of 4 guests. This is a second-floor (third level) guest suite. There is no kitchen access, but there is a small refrigerator and microwave available for your use. Street parking is limited and requires a resident permit. There is a 1 car garage available for a fee (ideal for a sedan sized car). The fee is as follows:
1-2 nights: $50 USD
3-4 nights: $100 USD
5-7 nights: $150 USD
Fee must be paid in advanced to secure the spot. Please let me know if you are planning on bringing a vehicle.
Also please note that there is ongoing construction work nearby, usually starting around 8:00 in the morning and ending around 15:00/16:00 in the afternoon. This is during the weekdays mostly, and sometimes on Saturday. Please be aware that during these times it could be noisy outside. Thank you!
