THE APARTMENT WAS COMPLETELY RENOVATED WITH HARDWOOD FLOORS, CERAMIC TILES, A BRAND NEW KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, A MICROWAVE, TOASTER, COFFEE MAKER, UTENSILS, GLASSES, CUPS, PLATES, POTS, AND FRYPAN. IT HAS 2 BEDROOMS WITH A QUEEN BED EACH. ALSO, THERE IS AN IRON AND AN IRONBORD AVAILABLE, A HAIRDRYER, TOWELS, SOAP, SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER, AND TOILET PAPER AS WELL. THERE ARE TWO TV SETS IN THE HOUSE WITH THE STREAMING TV AND INTERNET. HEAT IS PROVIDED IN THE WINTER AND AN AIR CONDITIONER IN THE SUMMERTIME.

THE LOCATION IS VERY CLOSE TO NEW YORK CITY, AND TRAVELING IS VERY EASY WITH THE BUS, AROUND 15 MIN WITHOUT TRAFFIC, ALSO IS POSSIBLE WITH THE FERRY DOWN THE CLIFF WHICH ALSO PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION THROUGH MANHATTAN. ALL OF THE BUSES GOES TO PORT AUTHORITY IN NYC WHICH IS LOCATED ON 8TH AVENUE AND 42ND STREET ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM TIME SQUARE (MIDTOWN). THE TICKET IS ONLY 3.5 DOLLARS ONE WAY. THE PARKING IS ON THE STREET WITH THE PERMIT PASS REQUIRED BY THE PARKING AUTHORITY, COST 4 DOLLARS PER NIGHT, WEEKENDS ARE FREE, AND IS LOCATED A FEW BLOCKS AWAY AT 224 60TH STREET BETWEEN HUDSON AND BROADWAY. A beautiful place across the river from Manhatten

We have just arrived back home to Australia after staying for 2 weeks in NJ. This unit was exactly what we needed for our family- 2 adults and 4 kids under 11. There was plenty of room for all of us, full size well equipped kitchen, a court yard out the back to sit outside, close to great shops and restaurants, a laundromat just up the road and the bus stop into Manhatten was a 5 minute walk away. And the view across the river to Manhatten at the end of the street is just STUNNING day and night. Paul, Adrianna and family are the perfect hosts who we will always remember. Paul was so helpful and able to guide us with everything we needed to know about our trip. Responding with every message or email straight away from the start of the booking many months ago throughout our stay up to our last day there. Our kids are missing being there already! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE LOOKING TO STAY AWAY FROM THE CRAZINESS OF MANHATTEN BUT STILL CLOSE ENOUGH TO VISIT EVERYDAY

A perfect place to visit New York

We were traveling as a family with two kids (11 and 14). Paul and his wife were super friendly and helpful - they made us feel at home immediately! We would always come back if we were looking for a place to stay in New York. The appartement is located in an lovely old building in West York. If you walk 5 minutes from the house you reach the Hudson river and you will have a spetacular view on Manhatten and the skyline. Paul renovated the appartement just recently. Everything was nice and super clean. The location is perfect. The bus stop is 5-10 minutes walking from the house. From there you take the bus to Port Authority bus terminal in New York . It is a 25 minutes bus drive and is roughly 2,50 Dollars per person. Bus runs every 5-10 minutes. Super easy and convenient to reach New York! Around the house are a lot of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everything you want. You don`t need a car. It is all walking distance. For us it was a perfect stay. Thans so much Paul and Adriana! We will come back and will recommend this lovely place to all our friends and family! Many greetings from Stefanie and the whole Neubauer familiy.

Great Location, Beautiful View of Manhattan Skyline

We enjoyed our stay and will stay here in the future if available. The check-in process was simple once we realized the door was upstairs (it was late and we were tired). The place is as depicted in the photos. Paul was responsive if we needed anything and very helpful with getting us started with local transportation. Once we figured that out we were off and exploring. The house is super cute, close to laundry, local shops and a quick walk to the city bus. The home was clean and neat. Great for a family traveling with kids. We were very happy with having Paul as our host.

Cozy apartment in quiet neighborhood, right across the Hudson from Manhattan

I loved our stay at Paul’s apartment! The surrounding neighborhood is very quaint and calm, with everything you could need within a few blocks at most—7/11, laundromat, liquor store, and great food! Also, it’s only a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop, and I was surprised how easy it was to get into Manhattan (25 min average) despite us being there New Year’s weekend. Paul was quick to communicate and consistently available if we needed anything. The apartment slept 3 of us very comfortably. Will definitely stay again when we return to NY!

Great Location

Snug little place in a great location in Jersey. If you are traveling with a small family this is a pretty good spot to land. 20 minutes or less of a walk to the ferry - which is what we used to get to NY daily. Quiet spot overall! There are restaurants, laundromat, grocery store nearby. All basic amenities are located in the apartment. Paul was an excellent communicator anytime I had a question.

I am a family-oriented person with a wife and three children originally from Romania, graduated the veterinary college.I lived and worked in NYC before moving to NJ and choose a location close to Manhattan where both me and my wife work, and to have good schools for the boys as well. So I choose Hudson County where i live now and I am very happy. The Neighborhood is very safe and friendly and there are many activities for the children as well that keep them busy.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property as an investment and I always liked the idea of short-term rental, but I had it rented out and could not work. The time one of the tenants moved out I decided to renovate and give it a try. And here I am.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is brand new, totally renovated, new furniture, new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, backyard, next to Manhattan at the half price. What more can you ask. Give it a try and you will see. One more benefit you have me available all the time.
