Really cozy and out-of-the-way little home out in the country. Perfect if you want a retreat, staying on the grounds the whole time (grounds include hot tub and fire pit, but not any big natural area). My wife and I did enjoy the house. I give the rental 4 stars because we would prefer more close by places to visit, and there were very few. The nearby brewery mentioned by the host would have been nice, but it was closed.

The place was cute and had mostly everything we needed except the oven was a toaster oven, so be aware in case you plan to make a regular size pizza. We had hoped to use the pull out couch bed but did not due to the pet hair that was all under the area that had likely need missed during cleaning but not a huge deal since the couch was comfortable enough. The loft bed was also quite comfortable just a bit steep climbing up and be aware of your head or it will hit the ceiling. The washer and dryer were broke down when we arrived, but the host quickly replaced the machines with an all in one unit that does take a really long time to dry, so be aware of that. There was an issue with the main water running out from the well or something so we run out of water but the host brought over drinking water and was quick to try to solve the issue but unfortunately the water was still out by the time we had to leave.The hot tub was not able to be turned on prior to our arrival, due to some kind of switch that needed to be turned off and on at a main, so the tub starts out cold. It took quite a while for it to heat up and unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it by the time we left when it was heated up and it needed to be cleaned had leavesThe shower head was pretty weak and should probably be replaced with a head with better flow, but when there was water it heated up nicely.The ac was super nice and cold so that was a huge plus.Overall, place has potential with a few conks to work on

No water trip

I really never received any information really about checking in or out. Received email with code to door. Got there had no water at bathroom sink told host said probably clogged pipe never offered to come look. Messaged at 9 am about checking out n still haven’t heard back

I am so pleased with this adorable mini house in the woods! I live in a cabin in the woods and I've been traveling all over Ohio for research and I so badly needed this to reground myself. I was a little nervous staying here as a female traveling solo, but once I got here I felt at home instantly! very clean and they have everything you'd need. I wish I was staying longer. paradise!
