Corner unit on the 18th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths totaling 1,200+ square ft indoor space and 200 sq ft outdoor space. Includes everything you need to enjoy your vacation:

Street parking along the Ala Wai Canal is free and street parking directly out front is metered (both very limited). Please be mindful of the street signs.
Also The Trolley, The Bus, and Biki to get around.
Pool, sauna, BBQ, and sun bathing areas are located on level L. Gym is located on 4th floor.

Guests must follow all Royal Garden House Rules. All fines incurred for violation of Royal Garden House Rules will be the responsibility of the guest.
No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, hookah, weed pens, etc.) inside.
Please do not rearrange furniture. Please refrain from opening windows and use the AC/fan instead. Hawaii is native to many animals/bugs (including geckos and cockroaches). We perform quarterly pest control, but an occasional bug may come in from outside.
Violation of house rules will result in immediate termination/eviction of the stay without refund.
KEY CARDS: Please return your amenities key card to the security at checkout. Lost key cards will incur a $50 charge per key card.
Guests accept and understand that messages/requests sent between 8pm-6am HT may not be responded to until the next morning (sorry, I might be sleeping!
